Holly Buchanan has been promoted to senior director in the Nashville, Tennessee, office of Katz & Associates.
Buchanan has been with Katz for the last four years and helped open the company’s Nashville office in 2017. She has more than 20 years of retail real estate experience.
Born and raised in the Nashville area, Buchanan has extensive knowledge and expertise. She covers Tennessee and the surrounding states of Alabama, Kentucky, Arkansas and Mississippi.
