Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has leased the 20,000-square-foot anchor space in the Woodway Square Center located at 6401 Woodway Drive at Voss Road in Houston, Texas.
Greg DeGeorge represented the landlord DeGeorge Properties II, LLC in the lease negotiations and John Wise, manager of real estate, handled negotiations for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. The clinic will provide both primary and specialty medical care services.
