KeyBank Real Estate Capital has secured a $6.5 million non-recourse, CMBS first mortgage loan for Western Village Mobile Home Park in West Des Moines, Iowa.
The 55-and-older community consists of 271 pads across 46.32 acres, with a leasing office/clubhouse and a one- or two-car garage on most lots.
Todd Linehan of Key’s Commercial Mortgage Group secured the financing.
