Keystone relocated its offices to a new 40,000-square-foot multi-tenant building they built within Spirit Valley Business Park at the end of last year.
SourceOne’s new facility was designed and constructed to allow for multiple expansions in the future. In addition to warehousing and manufacturing space, it features 6,500 square feet of office space boasting a covered entry and patio, executive offices, state-of-the-art training and conference rooms, spacious open workstations and a cafe. The architect also was Gray Design Group. The engineers were Knapp Engineering and Civil & Environmental Consultants.
SourceOne Solutions is one of several projects Keystone Construction recently completed in St. Charles County. The general contractor also built National Wood Flooring Association’s headquarters in the Missouri Research Park and a speculative industrial building in O’Fallon, Missouri. Keystone was recently awarded the new $60 million CarShield Sportsplex© AAA Hockey & Futbol facility in Chesterfield, Missouri. The world-class indoor and outdoor sports facility will be one of the largest in the Midwest.
