KIRCO/Lormax Stern recently completed a lease with retailer HomeGoods for 23,500 square feet of space at the Baldwin Commons Shopping Center in Orion Township, Mich.
This is the 12th HomeGoods retail location to open in Michigan.
With the addition of HomeGoods, the occupancy of Baldwin Commons is again near 100 percent. Tenants include Kohl’s, Petco, Joe’s Crab Shack, Dollar Tree and DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse.
