Knutson Construction promoted long-time project manager Collin Bennett to the position of Operations Manager for Knutson’s Mankato, Minnesota, office.
Bennett leads the office with 10 years of experience at Knutson, a career that began when Bennett started at the company as an intern for Knutson’s Rochester office in 2015. After his graduation from Minnesota State University Mankato with a degree in construction management in 2018, Knutson tasked Bennett with opening the company’s Mankato office, and overseeing construction of the Eide Bailly Center, which houses Knutson’s office.
Bennett credits his mentors throughout the years for his success, and now he is giving back to the community that helped launch his career. Bennett is a board member for the Minnesota River Builders Association, an association of builders and partner businesses representing the interests of the industry and the communities of south-central Minnesota through education and networking.
Bennett is also a member of Greater Mankato Growth’s Young Professionals organization. He was honored by Finance & Commerce magazine as a Rising Young Professional in 2022.
