Minneapolis’ Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has named Scott Lair as project manager.
Since 1994, Lair has held senior manager positions in the construction industry, overseeing projects in the commercial, residential, healthcare and hotels and entertainment sectors. He has managed more than $240 million in new construction and renovation projects throughout the Midwest.
Most recently, Lair served as project manager in the Chicago office of Tishman Construction Corporation, where he oversaw commercial and residential projects, including the tenant improvement of a high-rise office building in downtown Chicago.
