KTR Capital Partners, a private equity real estate investment, development and operating company focused exclusively on the industrial property sector, announced the final closing of its third fund, KTR Industrial Fund III LP.
KTR III, launched in the second quarter of 2012, raised $1.2 billion of investor capital and exceeded its target fundraising goal of $750 million. Investors in the fund include public and corporate pension funds, foundations, endowments and other institutional investors.
As the firm’s third discretionary value-add fund, KTR III will continue its predecessors’ strategy of acquiring, developing and operating industrial properties throughout major population centers and key logistics hubs across North America.
