Kudan Group recently completed restaurant sales in Chicago’s Lincoln Park and Bucktown neighborhoods.
Mario Ponce negotiated the sale of Rodan Restaurant & Lounge at 1530 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Bucktown. The restaurant is surrounded by retail shops and specialty eateries like: Big Star, Taxim, Pint Bar & Restaurant and Bin Win Café.
Kudan Group also facilitated the sale at 2638 N. Lincoln Ave., formerly Merlo on Lincoln. The two-story, 3,200-square-foot space is located in the heart of Lincoln Park. Souel Brothers Inc. plans to open a sushi concept in the former restaurant by spring.
