KW Commercial closed the sale of Amsden Ridge Shopping Center, a two-building, 27,559-square-foot multi-tenant neighborhood center in Bloomington, Minnesota. The tenant roster features an assortment of general retail, restaurants and general office tenants.
Matthew Klein, investment specialist in KW Commercial’s Eagan office, represented the seller, Amsden LLC, and secured the buyer, Hoss Bros., LLC, in this transaction, which sold for $3.9 million.
Amsden Ridge Shopping Center is located at 9330-9360 Ensign Avenue South in the western part of Bloomington, Minnesota. This established neighborhood retail center offered a strong tenant mix and health in-place NOI as well as excellent visibility at the corner of I-169 and Anderson Lakes Parkway.
