L. Mason Capitani recently closed a lease of 14,857 square feet for a Jerry’s Tire store in Troy, Mich.
The new location marks the sixth Jerry’s Tire store in Michigan.
Garry Rogers of L. Mason Capitani, vice president of the company’s industrial division, represented the landlord in this transaction.
