L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International closed the lease for a 22,300-square-foot office building on the “Golden Corridor” in Clinton Township, Michigan.
The transaction included a full-building lease to an autism consulting firm that will be relocating and expanding its operations into its new space at 22550 Hall Road.
The freestanding building features main-road exposure, access to major thoroughfares and on-site parking.
Robert Gojcaj facilitated the transaction on behalf of the landlord and tenant.
