Sam’s Club, with the help of L3 Corporation, purchased 15.18 acres at Stoneridge Village in Jefferson City, Mo., from Land Development, LLC.
L3 Corporation represented the seller in this transaction.
Sam’s Club plans to build a new retail outlet on the site.
