Landmark Commercial Real Estate has closed the sale of the Shops at Tallgrass and Tallgrass Centre, a pair of retail centers in Wichita.
Slowason Commercial Development was the seller of both centers.
Craig Simon of Landmark Commercial Real Estate represented the buyers in the deal. The buyers were not disclosed.
The Shops at Tallgrass was part of the original Tallgrass master-planned community. Its first buildings opened in 1998. Tallgrass Centre opened for business in the late 1980s.
