Landtrust Title Services, a title agency in Illinois and Wisconsin, formed a new partnership with Caliber Title, a full-service closing and title company affiliated with Caleb Hayes Keller Williams Real Estate in Northern Wisconsin.
The new alliance leverages the operations of Landtrust Title and creates new business opportunities in Wisconsin, while enhancing the service experience for Caleb Hayes Keller Williams agents and their customers.

Caliber Title comprises five offices in Northern Wisconsin, including Appleton, De Pere, Eau Claire, Manitowoc and Sheboygan. The Landtrust/Caliber partnership aligns both organizations’ culture of dedicated and consistent service on every client interaction.
