Chicago-based Landtrust Title Services announced it has received the national Excellence in Action Award for 2020 by Fidelity National Title Group, rankingLandtrust in the top 100 title companies in the country. Fidelity National Title Group is the nation’s largest title insurance underwriter.
The Excellence in Action Award honors title insurance agencies that exemplify outstanding performance in best practices, volume, and claims history, among other criteria.

Landtrust Title Services Group is consistently ranked as one of the top three title agencies among over 160 firms in Illinois based on volume data from Marketrac. The company grew 30% in 2020, and is currently trending to deliver another record year.
