A local group of investors has purchased Fountain Park Shopping Center in Schererville, Indiana. The roughly 94,000-square-foot Center is located on US 41 in Schererville and includes the former Ashley Furniture along with two outlot buildings that are full.
Aaron and Brett McDermott of Latitude Commercial represented the buyer in the purchase of the center.
