Lauth Construction recently completed the St. Vincent Sports Performance facility, the newest addition to the Clay Terrace lifestyle center in Carmel, Ind.
The 26,000-square-foot facility is a full-service athletic performance center, offering performance training, medicine, psychology and nutrition services.
The center joins the mostly retail establishments of Clay Terrace, a mixed-use development designed and developed by Lauth Property Group and built by Lauth Construction in 2004. The center is jointly owned by Simon Property Group and Lauth Property Group.
