The Westwood at 2441 and 2443 Warrenville Road in Lisle, Illinois, recently kicked off major renovations and leasing activity. The property’s landlord, Briar Meads Capital, engaged world-class architects and designers, Wright Heerema Architects, along with general contractor, J.C. Anderson, to fulfill a full-scale renovation.

Located in DuPage County, along the hot 1-88 East/West Tech Corridor, the 300,000-square-foot, Class A property currently has approximately 150,000 square feet available for lease, including large blocks, small spaces, high floors with balconies and first floor space for tenants requiring easy access.

Included in the renovations are a new and expanded café, fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge featuring a fireplace and complete lobby makeovers. The property offers large and efficient floor plates, underground parking, excellent window lines and various signage opportunities for qualifying tenants (including I-88 building top signage). Construction is slated for completion by the end of this year.

“We are very excited about our vision for The Westwood and have received positive feedback from both existing and prospective tenants. The renovations and upgrades will create an even higher level of service to the Class A building and bring a premiere offering to the I-88 and Warrenville corridor,” said Seth Berkowitz of Briar Meads Capital. “We encourage brokers and tenants to visit and discuss options with our brokerage team with the expectation that the renovations can be completed before new tenant buildouts or commencement dates.”

Dan Svachula, Adam Showalter and Allyson Yates of Cushman & Wakefield represent Briar Meads as leasing agents alongside the NAI Hiffman property management team of Dawn Cothern and Sara Bruno.
