NAI Hiffman announced the completion of five transactions at the Regent O’Hare Business Center. NAI Hiffman vice president Terry Herlihy represented ownership of the Elk Grove Village, Illinois business park—a joint venture between Distribution Realty Group and EverWest Real Estate Investors—in the transactions totaling 78,847 square feet.

Packy Doyle, a senior associate with NAI Hiffman, represented So Deep in their renewal of 4,725 square feet of industrial space at 882 Cambridge Drive. In another renewal, a Fortune 500 consumer products company expanded its footprint at the park, now totaling 28,800 square feet; the tenant was represented by Cal Payne of CBRE.

A new lease at 1800 Landmeier Road brought Zimmer Biomet, a medical device manufacturer, into 20,665 square feet. Zimmer was represented by John D’Orazio of Colliers International. In another new lease, Brown Packaging, a wholesaler of packaging equipment and supplies represented by Nick Krejci of Darwin Realty, will occupy 10,257 square feet of space at 901 Cambridge Drive.

Finally, Uniglobe signed a new lease for 14,400 square feet at 1862 Brummel Avenue. This space is currently occupied and was leased without ever reaching the market. Uniglobe secured the lease with representation from Marty Patterson of Arthur J. Rogers.

Regent O’Hare is an eight-building business park totaling nearly 1 million square feet of industrial and office space in the heart of the O’Hare submarket, along Busse Road in Elk Grove Village. Features include NAI Hiffman on-site management, a high car parking ratio, a prime location surrounded by restaurants and retailers, and close proximity to O’Hare and major highways. The asset currently has 82,495 square feet of divisible space remaining.
