Lee & Associates added Randall Allman to its southeast Michigan team. Allman is a commercial real estate professional with more than 27 years of experience.
Allman joins Lee & Associates of Michigan as a Senior Vice President, Director of Industrial Services, Logistic Specialist specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Wayne and Oakland County submarkets, including the Detroit Metropolitan Airport area and its surrounding communities.
Allman’s career includes pivotal roles advising multiple Fortune 500 companies, with expertise in portfolio analysis, tenant and agency representation, investment sales, and site development. His breadth of experience, both globally and nationally, has positioned him as a trusted advisor for industrial real estate services.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Allman was a key member of CBRE’s Detroit Industrial Team, where he was responsible for covering Southern and Western Wayne submarkets. His accomplishments have earned him numerous industry accolades, including the Commercial Board of Realtors (CBOR) “Leader of the Pack” Award for the Largest Industrial Lease, NAIOP’s “Lease of the Year” Award, Real Estate Excellence “Lease of the Year” from Crain’s Detroit Business, First Class Broker from First Industrial Realty and recognition as a CoStar Power Broker for multiple years.
Allman holds a Michigan Real Estate Broker license, is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, and has completed extensive real estate coursework, further underscoring his dedication to excellence in the field.
