Lee & Associates announced that Eric Luhrsen has joined the firm’s Rosemont, Illinois, office as a Vice President.
Luhrsen brings more than eight years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, most recently with Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in early education facilities, retail properties, and single-tenant net-lease investment sales. Throughout his career, he has advised private investors, owner-operators, and institutional clients on acquisition and disposition strategies, developing a strong track record of successful closings and long-term client relationships.
In addition to his transactional experience, Luhrsen brings an entrepreneurial approach to the business and a clear vision for building a focused net-lease investment sales platform at Lee & Associates of Illinois. His work emphasizes relationship-driven advisory, sector specialization, and long-term value creation for clients.
