Lee & Associates has closed a $3.45 million sale transaction for a 70,000 industrial building located at 6660 S. Nashville Avenue in Bedford Park, Illinois. Sean Austin, vice president, and Walter Murphy, principal, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Ravenswood Disposal Service, Inc. Ed Wabick and Marc Hale of Paine Wetzel represented the seller, Fleetpark, LLC.
“Ravenswood was very pleased to acquire this highly sought after infill site which offers heavy industrial zoning for their specific use, allowing them to expand their reputable waste management business,” Austin said.
