Lee & Associates has brokered three industrial transactions in DuPage County, Illinois. The deals included a sale in Addison, Illinois and two leases in Hanover Park, Illinois.
Jay Farnam, senior vice president of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Premier CC, in the $1.089 million sale transaction for a 16,357-square-foot industrial building located at 225 W. Gerri Lane in Addison. The seller, Cadillac Metal & Welding, was represented by CBRE.
Separately, Schnidt Cartage, a local warehouse and distribution company, closed a lease renewal transaction for a 68,208-square-foot industrial space located at 1625 Hunter Road, Suite A in Hanover Park. Mike Plumb, principal, and Andrew Block, associate, represented the owner, Prologis, while Jeff Janda, SIOR, principal, represented Schnidt Cartage.
The Lee & Associates team also recently leased 30,262 square feet at 1625 Hunter Road, Suite B to SWF, Inc. The tenant was represented by Andrew Maletich of Cawley Chicago in that transaction.
