Lee & Associates closed a $4.5 million sale transaction for 4.02 acres at 11330 W. Melrose Ave. in Franklin Park, Illinois.
Jeff Provenza, principal, at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Seefried Industrial Properties, and he and his team have been retained for leasing.
