Lee & Associates negotiated a 53,000-square-foot warehouse lease on behalf of Bullfrog International at 1320 Gateway Drive in Elgin, Illinois.
The tenant was represented by three Lee & Associates brokers – Rick Scardino, Principal, and Michael Petrik, Associate, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, and Sean Bishop, Principal, of Lee & Associates Arizona.
The 53,000-square-foot building features 24’ clear height, two interior docks, two drive-in doors and an existing three-ton bridge crane. It is located just south of the I-90 and Randall Road interchange in Northwest suburban Elgin. The landlord, Bix Box Property Owner C, LLC (Mapletree US Management, LLC), was represented by Jeff Matella of Cushman & Wakefield.
Bullfrog International is a designer and manufacturer of high-end hot tubs that has quickly entered the Midwest market and expanded its Chicago-area presence with new industrial warehouse and retail space. Previously opened Bullfrog Spas retail stores are located in Geneva, Gurnee, and Vernon Hills and average around 10,000 square feet.
