Lee & Associates closed a lease transaction for a 58,500-square-foot industrial unit at 10411 80th Ave. in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Jeff Janda, SIOR and John Sharpe, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Niagara Bottling, LLC, a leading U.S. beverage manufacturer. 10411 80th Avenue is a 291,599-square-foot warehouse building constructed in 2017. Niagara Bottling will use its 58,000 square feet as overflow space in for the company’s nearby owned facility.
