Jay Farnam, senior vice president of Lee & Associates‘ Illinois office, has closed two industrial sales in Addison, Illinois. A 13,884-square foot industrial building located at 1236 Capitol Drive was sold for $1.025 million and a 15,200-square-foot industrial building located at 1770 Cortland Court was sold for $1.079 million.
“The DuPage Industrial Market continues to flourish in the 10,000- to 25,000-square-foot range,” Farnam said. “The lack of inventory has stabilized these higher prices that began over 18 months ago. With Cook County continuing to push for more taxes, we expect this trend to continue for the foreseeable future.”
