Russell Pearson has been promoted to principal at the Overland Park, Kansas, office of Lee & Associates.
Pearson joined Lee & Associates’ Kansas City office in 2008. He specializes in industrial brokerage. During his tenure at the company, Pearson has been involved in a wide variety of industrial transactions. He was named a CoStar Power Broker in 2012.
Before joining Lee & Associates, Pearson served as vice president of operations at A-Z Manufacturing & Sales.
