Lee & Associates closed a lease transaction for a 117,748-square-foot industrial space located at 2550-2560 Northwest Parkway in Elgin, IL.
Steve Bass, senior vice president, and John Sharpe, principal, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Stockbridge Capital Group. David Bercu of Colliers International represented the tenant, Marketing Alternatives, Inc., a marketing support services company.
