Lee & Associates of Illinois has promoted three brokers. Ryan Kehoe has been elevated to senior vice president while Andrew Block and Brad Simousek have both been promoted to vice president.
Kehoe has been with Lee & Associates of Illinois since 2014 and has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. His area of focus is the I-294 corridor, however he has worked for clients all across the Chicagoland area including northwest Indiana and southeast Wisconsin.
Block became a licensed real estate broker in 2014 and has been with Lee & Associates of Illinois since 2016. He focuses on industrial tenant and owner representation in Chicago’s western suburbs. Simousek joined Lee & Associates in 2017 after spending 12 years as an owner/operator of multiple restaurant franchises in downtown Chicago and the surrounding areas. His specialty is industrial brokerage and advisory services with a concentration in O’Hare and North DuPage.
