Lee & Associates negotiated a 10-year lease of a 186,560-square-foot industrial facility located at 750 Central Avenue, in University Park, Illinois.
Walter Murphy of Lee & Associates Illinois, represented the landlord, Net Lease Investments I, LLC in the transaction. Ellen Steinbrecher of Reologie represented the tenant, Holland LP.
“The tenant was interested in consolidating 11 locations into one building with rail service and this building fit the needs of Holland LP,” Murphy said.
