Lee & Associates Illinois Principal Michael Androwich represented the tenant, Cynamic Chemical Company, on their lease renewal of 20,124 square feet at 1400 Kingsland Drive in Batavia. The building is owned by Mapletree. Cynamic is a private label chemical manufacturer.
Lee & Associates of Illinois Principal Jay Farnam represented buyer Elgiloy Specialty Metals on their purchase of a 16,740-square-foot building at 1525 Fleetwood Drive in Elgin. ESM is a manufacturer of standard and custom specialty metals for aerospace, chemical processing, oil and gas, medical, defense, and nuclear applications.
