Lee & Associates has closed on two separate sales in St. Charles, Illinois. One property will serve as a corporate office location for a local insurance firm while the other, a former machine shop, will find new life as an industrial site for a food manufacturer. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
In the first transaction, executive vice president Jay Farnam of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented AMI Group, Inc. in their purchase of a 5,100-square-foot office building at 4N701 School Road. The property is centrally located between the insurance company’s five branch offices in the Fox Valley area.
The second transaction was the sale of a 13,250-square-foot industrial building located at 2541 DuKane Drive. Mike Androwich, Jr., principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, El Milagro, a maker of tortillas and tortilla chips.
