Lee & Associates has closed a trio of transactions totaling 154,064 square feet in three industrial buildings located in Addison, Illinois.
Ryan Earley, vice president, Terry Grapenthin and Jeff Galante, principals, at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented tenant GCM on their long-term lease of 1005 Westgate, an 80,020-square-foot industrial building. Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner.
At 150 S. Church Street, a 22,000-square-foot industrial building, Lee & Associates was the sole broker in a lease transaction. Bradley Simousek, vice president, and Michael Plumb, principal, represented the building owner while Jay Farnam, executive vice president, represented the tenant, The Finishing Company.
Farnam along with Brent De Noble, senior vice president, represented DRA Advisors, the owner of 1005 Republic Drive, on a lease for 52,044 square feet. The tenant, Show Me Delivery, was represented by Transwestern.
