Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed two industrial sale transactions in northern DuPage County, in Carol Stream and Roselle, Illinois.
Jeff Girling, senior vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer on their purchase of an 86,357-square-foot industrial building on 5.28 acres at 140 Fullerton Avenue in Carol Stream. John Suerth and Cal Payne of CBRE represented the seller, Fabb Properties.
Rick Anesi and Brad Simousek, vice presidents at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, R&D Partners on their disposition of a 28,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.76 acres at 55 Garden Avenue in Roselle. Patrick Stanton of Patrick Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. The Lee team has been retained by the new owner to continue marketing the last available suite in the multi-tenant facility for lease.
