Jay Farnam, executive vice president, Brent De Noble, senior vice president, and Jeff Janda, principal, represented owner DRA Advisors on the lease of 51,226 square feet at 1005 Republic Drive in Addison, Illinois. Doug Pilcher of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, General Insulation Company. The Lee team leased the 52,044-square-foot remainder of the property, so this asset is now fully leased.
Rick Anesi, vice president, and Mark Baumhart, principal, represented ownership Britt Properties on a lease of 25,443 square feet at 68 Congress Circle West in Roselle, Illinois. Joe Karmin of Transwestern represented the tenant, Cherry’s Industrial Equipment.
Rick Anesi represented the owner of 300 Marquardt Drive, Wheeling, Illinois in the sale of 12,400 square feet. John Joyce of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the buyer.
