Lee & Associates has closed a pair of industrial sale transactions totaling 168,636 square feet in Central Kane County.
Michael Androwich, Jr., principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, a publicly traded REIT, on the purchase of 3810-3820 Stern Ave., a 102,000-square-foot building in St. Charles. Jeff Holmes of Regional Realty represented the seller, Wise Plastics.
Androwich also represented buyer WP Industries on their purchase of 66,636 square feet at 1260 Kingsland Dr. in Batavia. The seller was represented by Ellerman Commercial.
