Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a $600,000 sale of a 1.75-acre retail lot located at 970 N. Lake St., Aurora, Illinois.
The seller, Storage of America, was represented by Lee & Associates Principal Rick Scardino and Executive Vice President Herb Feldman. David Brackney at TA Realty Partners represented the buyer, SFI Properties Aurora LLA.
A new car wash will be constructed on this outlot, which will then kick start Storage of America’s planned redevelopment of its current vacant department store. Additional retail spaces will also be created as part of the recast of this space.
