Lee & Associates has closed a lease transaction for a 22,265-square-foot industrial space located at 101 Paragon Drive in Romeoville, Illinois.
Terry Grapenthin and Jeff Galante, principals, and Ryan Earley, vice president, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Lakeview Realty Investors. Traci Payette and Stephanie Park of CBRE represented the tenant, Xpedient Management Group, a full-service 3PL provider.
“The transaction required a lot of the function that our building could provide, but most importantly (given its 3PL nature) a deal that required a certain budget,” Grapenthin said. “Lee and Lakeview were able to come up with and provide a creative structure to accommodate the budget concerns and therefore struck a deal with the tenant.”
