Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, is excited to announce Matt Androwich has joined Lee & Associates of Illinois’ industrial services group as an associate.
Matt specializes in assisting tenants and owners, both private and institutional, in the leasing, acquisition and development of industrial real estate assets/investments in the western suburbs of Chicago.
His primary focus is the Fox Valley, the I-88 Corridor, and the North and Central DuPage submarkets.
Prior to getting his real estate license, Matt worked as an analyst for a local Chicago commercial bank. Matt majored in economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
