Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, has announced Todd Hendricks has joined Lee & Associates of Illinois’ Industrial Services Group as a senior vice president.
Todd will leverage Lee & Associates’ decades-long presence in the Chicago market with his 20-year career in transportation, 3PL brokerage, and industrial real estate. He provides occupiers, investors, and developers with nationwide brokerage services for the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial properties and land sites, including off-market investments, build-to-suit and sale leaseback transactions.
Todd specializes in sophisticated location analysis and last mile supply chain solutions for the trucking, distribution, and manufacturing sectors. He spent the previous seven years with Darwin Realty, and prior to that, held corporate sales and business development roles with supply chain and transportation companies.
Todd adds a breadth of experience and knowledge to the Lee sales team, having completed deals throughout the country. His past and current clients include many Fortune 500 companies, 3PL’s and asset-based logistics companies.
