Todd Spencer, a principal with the Columbus office of Lee & Associates, earned the Society of Industrial and office Realtors and Certified Commercial Investment Member designations in April. He is now one of only 42 CRE professionals in Ohio to hold both designations.
Spencer is a founding member and principal of the Columbus office of Lee & Associates. His clients include developers, property owners, investors, owners/occupiers and tenants/buyers.
Spencer was involved in the Perimeter Center mixed-use development in Dublin, Ohio, the successful disposition of a 40-acre, multi-building former Bob Evans Farms corporate campus.
