Leopardo Companies, Inc. recently began a two-floor remodel of Ogilvie Transportation Center, a Chicago passenger terminal serving three Metra commuter rail lines and more than 40,000 commuters daily.
The remodel is being completed in six phases across the first and second floors, as well as exterior work. Project components include interior upgrades to the food court and bathrooms, in addition to new millwork, lighting and ceilings. Exterior work includes new signage on the corner of Madison Avenue and Canal Street.
Serving as general contractor, Leopardo is collaborating with architect Baumann Studios to complete the project by summer 2015.
