Liberty Property Trust announced its year-to-date in its Chicago portfolio totals about 1.5 million square feet.

New lease transactions Liberty arranged include:
A 352,338-square-foot lease at 150 East Crossroads in Bolingbrook, Illinois;
a 78,865-square-feet lease for Office Depot at 1550 Central Avenue in Roselle, Illinois;
a 39,865-square-foot lease for Morrison Express and a 27,357-square-foot lease for Hassett Express at 371 Meyer Road in Bensonville, Illinois;
a 31,191-square-foot lease for Windy Polymers at 3710 Illinois Avenue;
a 5,000-square-foot lease for Accurate Combustion at 3654-3668 Swenson Avenue; and
a 12,678-square-foot lease for Armour Packaging at 869 South Route 53 in Addison, Illinois.
Lease renewals Liberty arranged include:
A 213,000-square-foot lease for NFI at 27143 Elwood International Road;
a 253,810-square-foot lease for D & H Distributing at 1455 Remington Boulevard in Bolingbrook, Illinois;
a 182,736-square-foot lease for XPO Logistics Worldwide at 2759 North Eola Road in Aurora, Illinois;
a 181,635-square-foot lease for SID Tool Company at 1575 Hunter Road in Hanover Park, Illinois; and
a 124,205-square-foot lease for CHEP at 2453 Prospect Drive in Aurora, Illinois.
