“Our Michigan client came to our industrial team via the SVN Restaurant Resource Group and Marcus Sullivan. The client sells electrical motors of all sizes and had been in the O’Hare market,” said McDermott. “However, both customers and employees were complaining about the growing traffic to do business there. The Lisle location fits their needs beautifully.”
