LM Commercial Real Estate hired three commercial brokers—Ann Kelly Heitner, Richard Schneider and Richard Bowen.
Heitner will specialize in office and retail properties and previously worked at Oak Park Avenue Realty. Schneider will focus on urban industrial and transitional infill properties, before this role he was president and owned Supreme Novelty Fabrics. Bowen will work as retail leasing specialist and came to LM after serving as the local leasing representative for GK Development Inc.
