Less than six months after Sears closed its doors in September of 2017, home-decor retailer At Home is opening a new location in the Macomb Mall in Roseville, Michigan. At Home opened this new location on January 31.
Originally anchored by Crowley’s, Sears and Kresge stores, the Macomb Mall, owned by Lormax Stern Development, now includes tenatns such as Dick’s Sporting Goods and Kohl’s. With interior and exterior renovations and tenant improvements exceeding $30 million since 2013, this 900,000-square-foot shopping center now has an occupancy rate higher than 95 percent. Lormax Stern Development continues to secure new leases for the property with national brands including Old Navy, H&M, Victoria’s Secret, Ulta, Bath & Body Works and Zale’s.
Macomb Mall now attracts a new generation of satisfied shoppers looking for the retail brands they demand at popular prices.
Lormax Stern Development acquired Macomb Mall in 2013 with the goal of redeveloping the property and negotiating new leases with prominent national retailers.
