Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners, LLC has announced the opening of a new office in Los Angeles, California, with Brian Wilson joining as the Principal overseeing operations of the new region.
“After taking our model to Florida and the Northeast, we knew the next logical location was the West Coast and specifically Southern California” said Bridge Principal Tony Pricco. “We are thrilled to get Brian on board and are excited with the opening of the LA office.”
This is Bridge Development’s fourth office since its inception 14 years ago. Its second office outside of Chicago was opened in Miami, Florida, in 2009 followed by the opening of firm’s New Jersey office in September of 2014. To date, Bridge has developed and/or acquired more than 9 million square feet of investment-grade industrial and office buildings, and it currently has more than $500 million of new industrial developments under way.
“Brian’s background and experience aligns perfectly with our business model. Our decision to expand into new markets is always predicated on finding the right person in that market. We look forward to ramping up quickly given Brian’s extensive market knowledge and deep industry contacts” said Bridge Principal Steve Poulos.
Brian has transacted more than $1 billion of leases, acquisitions and dispositions and led the purchase or sale of over 9.1 million square feet of industrial buildings for clients that include multiple Fortune 100 companies. He was responsible for the acquisition of 375 acres of industrial land and has leased more than 6.1 million square feet for a total consideration in excess of $250 million.
