900 West, a 10-story luxury condominium project by Chicago-based investor and developer Taris Real Estate, has officially opened in Chicago’s West Loop. Located at 904 W. Washington Street, the property features 22 exclusive residential condos encompassing two-and four-bedroom units, as well as two multi-story penthouses with 920-square-foot terraces.
“We are proud to debut 900 West to the public and are thrilled to be a part of the ever-growing West Loop,” said Patrick Buck, managing director, Taris Real Estate. “Residents of 900 West will experience an elevated level of quality, comfort and attention to detail.”
With a large audio-visual, 3-D sculpture hanging from the lobby and two movement pieces that are reflected onto the front windows, created specially by European artist Jakub Nepras, 900 West boasts a distinctive identity that greets the residents, as well as the surrounding neighborhood. And, in keeping with the essence of the West Loop, over 50 original art pieces provided by Carrie Secrist Gallery—ranging from floor-to-ceiling paintings to 5-foot sculptures—will be on display for prospective buyers to view and purchase, turning the 900 West model units into a full-fledged art gallery experience.
“We wanted 900 West to stand out from all the other high-end residences, and, in a city like Chicago that values diverse art forms, what better way to honor that movement than to adorn the walls with beautiful, original art work by artists from around the world,” said Buck.
Northworks Architects and Planners designed the building while Pellini Designs handled the interior design. The property is exclusively listed by Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.
